A Capacity Building Programme on Active Learning was conducted at Saigrace Academy International School, Raipur, Dehradun by Ms. Parul Rawat and Dr. Geeta Shukla.

The session was very informative, interactive and engaging. The resource persons explained the concept of Active Learning and how to make classroom teaching more student-centric and activity-based.

They demonstrated various strategies like Jigsaw, Fishbowl, Think-Pair-Share, group discussions, role play, hands-on activities and use of teaching aids to make learning joyful and effective. They also emphasized on developing critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills among students through active participation.

In all, the workshop was very beneficial and provided practical ideas to implement active learning in daily classroom teaching.
